A Foodie’s Delight Starring Chef Michael Mina

Sample the culinary excellence of renowned chef Michael Mina in an intimate dining experience at Bellagio’s latest Epicurean Epicenter event at his eponymous restaurant. Priced at $225 per person, guests will enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by Chef Mina designed to perfectly complement the exceptional wines of Lewis Cellars.

The feast begins with butter poached lobster and sunchoke mousseline, followed by Oak Roasted California squab served with beets, black trumpets and pickled strawberries, and Brandt Farms beef ribeye and shortrib with caramelized carrots, marrow croquettes and puffed tendon. The meal’s finale will feature a Rogue Creamery Oregonzola Mousse accented by Sicilian pistachio financier and poached rhubarb.

March Madness at the Orleans

The Orleans hotel is planning four days of college basketball excitement beginning this week. There will be free parties in the Mardi Gras Ballroom, where sports fans can watch all the action on large plasma TVs. Fans can enjoy $2 Coors, Coors Light & Miller Lite

Mob Experience Opens at Tropicana

The latest attraction to grace the Strip is now open for business. Step right up to the Las Vegas Mob Experience at the Tropicana. The sprawling attraction includes more than 1,000 authentic artifacts that once belonged to the famous organized crime figures who built modern-day Las Vegas

Amusement Park Coming to Vegas

This week the Clark County Commission approved a proposal to build a 10-acre amusement park across the Strip from Mandalay Bay. The project is expected to cost $100 million and include a 500-foot Ferris wheel, a handful of rides and a convention center. When completed, it will be Las Vegas’ first family-friendly amusement park since Wet N Wild closed last decade.
