The culinary series, Discover Italy, will set up shop at The Mirage Hotel & Casino’s Onda Ristorante & Wine Lounge. The popular series starts there on July 12 and will go strong every second Thursday of the month through November. The series allows gusts to eat their way across Italy with a $59 three-course prix fix menu highlighting one of five regions of the country. For an additional $18, unlimited wine pairings are offered.
