If you were a fan of Sensi, the Asian-fusion restaurant at Bellagio, we have some sad news. The restaurant closed last week to undergo renovations through mid-December. When it re-opens, expect a new concept as described by Executive Chef Roy Ellamar as “where land meets sea, and simplicity meets sensational.” Stay tuned.
