You can avoid the crowds on the Strip and still see one of the area’s best and most patriotic fireworks displays in Primm, a half-hour’s drive south of Las Vegas. Primm Valley resorts will celebrate Veterans Day with a free fireworks show beginning at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13. Afterward, head inside for one of Primm’s famous hot dogs or see a movie at Buffalo Bill’s.
