Town Square, with scores of trendy shops and restaurants, has been called Las Vegas’ new downtown. Well, now Town Square is contending for the title of best Halloween festivities.

From now through Saturday, the popular nightlife and dining venue Blue Martini will have haunted happenings each night. Each event begins at 8 p.m.

*Wednesday: Sexiest Costume Contest with $500 in prizes

*Thursday: Costume party hosted by Maria from 92.7 FM

*Friday: Fright Night-Costumed guests will receive prizes and drink specials all night.

*Saturday: Fantasy Ball: $1,000 in cash prizes for the best costume will be given away.
