There’s a new kid on the block at Aria! Javier’s, the SoCal Mexican restaurant, recently opened inside Aria Resort & Casino. The restaurant serves regionally inspired cuisine in a 9,000 square-foot space. Serving both lunch and dinner, after 11 p.m. the restaurant spices things up a notch with Cuban and Spanish music.
