Clarke’s, the Upper East Side hot spot frequented by Frank Sinatra and other celebrities, launched its first West Coast Location inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Founded in 1884, P.J.’s is world-renowned for its classic cocktails and wide-ranging menu. Without a doubt, Clarke’s will fit right in with Vegas’ growing food scene.
