The Postal Service said this week that its Lady Liberty stamp doesn’t show the famous statue in New York Harbor, but instead the smaller one outside New York-New York.

The post office says it “loves” the design, and that’s a good thing, because the cost of replacing the billions of stamps already printed will be high.

The post office has apparently spent nearly a billion on this press run, so Las Vegas lovers can sit back and enjoy their accidental coup.
