Pierre Gagnaire, the three-star Michelin chef of Twist at Mandarin Oriental, will be in Vegas Aug. 19 - 26 to launch a new menu, along with Opus One Winery. Monday, Aug. 26, the winery will put on a six course dinner complete with wines paired with the chef’s food from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. The cost is $500 per person.
