With the National Finals Rodeo coming to town, the Stratosphere is your place to cowboy up. As an official sponsor, the hotel has a number of events and promotions planned around the rodeo. Drawings for NFR tickets and Jim Beam merchandise will be held nightly from December 1 to 8.

A cowboy dress-up contest will be held December 2 at 10 p.m. in Images Lounge. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each of the following categories: best TV/movie cowboy, best TV/movie cowgirl, best cowboy entertainer, best cowgirl entertainer and best NASCAR driver. During the contest, country and western band Desert Outlaws will perform live and bottomless Gold Buckle margaritas will be offered for $25.
